THE LIGHT BENEATH
Something magical happened this week: I was given light—underwater light.
The base team installed a set of soft-glow LEDs beneath my stern. Not flashy, not show-offish. Just… gentle, welcoming light that shimmers like moonlight under my hull.
I didn’t ask for them. But oh, how I love them already. They greet returning swimmers with warmth. They turn a quiet anchorage into something cinematic. And they remind me that even when the sun goes down, there’s beauty to be found below the surface.
Sometimes, the smallest additions change how I feel. Sometimes, they make me glow—literally.
